1.1. Distance selling
In accordance with the Article 8 of the Federal Law "On Advertising", seller information for the remote sale of goods should be provided on the advertised site or community:
- For legal entities: the name, location and state registration number of the entry on the formation of the legal entity must be indicated
- For individual entrepreneurs: the full name, basic registration number of the entry on the state registration of the natural person as individual entrepreneur must be indicated
