4.5. Requirements for advertising intellectual property
Advertising sites and communities that have intellectual property on, such as music, movies, e-books, and poetry collections, is permitted only if documents exist confirming commercial usage rights. To get the advertisement approved, the following should be sent to Support:
Authors, such as musicians, videographers, writers, and poets who are advertising their own works should sent the following documents to Support:
- license agreements
- commissioning contracts
- contracts of alienation of exclusive rights
- agreements with RAO (Russian Authors' Society) and VOIS (Russian Organization for Intellectual Property)
Authors, such as musicians, videographers, writers, and poets who are advertising their own works should sent the following documents to Support:
- a scanned passport copy for identification purposes
- a scanned copy of the Letter of Guarantee, which affirms exclusive content rights for community administrators/members (the letter must be completed, printed, and signed)
