4.6. Requirements for advertisements using images with people
The usage of images with people in advertisements is permitted with certain restrictions:
- using celebrity images in advertising materials is permitted only with their explicit written consent or other authorizing documents
- using the images of relatives, friends, or acquaintances in advertising materials is permitted only with their consent and Letter of Guarantee (the letter must be complete, printed, and signed)
- using images of people from public sources, such as photo banks, is permitted only if accompanied by the Letter of Guarantee (the letter must be completed, printed and signed)
