What are votes and how can I buy them?
VK votes are the universal currency used to make payments in VK apps. They are also used for purchasing gifts and stickers. You cannot pay for ads with votes.
To get votes, go to �Settings� → �Payment services�: vk.com/settings?act=payments → �Top up balance�. Detailed information becomes available when you select a form of payment.
