How to make a refund?

If there are available funds in your advertising account, you may request for a refund. To do this, send a request to the Payment Support Team. In this case the advertising account will be closed and you will not be able to use advertising services from the account. However, you will be able to view advertisements and relevant statistics. For advertising purposes you will have to open a new advertising account.

The request processing period is up to 30 working days.

Please note that you will not receive the remaining funds, if you have money received using a promocode in the advertising account.
