What should I do if the payment was debited from the card several times?

In fact, this is not debiting, but blocking several amounts in your account. The real debiting will occur some days later, after the bank verifies and confirms the transaction in the seller�s favor.
After confirming the transaction, only one blocked payment will be debited from your card, other ones will be unblocked in several days and your money will be accessible again.
