Derivative work. Is the original work in the public domain? —LX (talk, contribs) 16:59, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- Keep Poland has full freedom of panorama. -Nard 21:25, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- Even for temporary displays? This doesn't look like something that would be up for more than a few years at most. —LX (talk, contribs) 21:39, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
- You've never visited most public parks I see. Those signs are never updated :P -Nard 01:59, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as derivative work. How about provided that the propagation is not for the same use (Commons:Freedom of panorama#Poland). It's definitely could be used as a map. --EugeneZelenko 16:30, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- That means like building a replica statue and charging people to see it. This use is not competing because the map is only useful at the site and if you go there and want a map you can look at the original. There would be no need to make a copy. -Nard 19:59, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry, I doubt that map is useful only at exact location. I use myself touristic maps at home to plan visit to various places or geotagging images. --EugeneZelenko 17:33, 29 December 2007 (UTC)

Kept, intended to be permanent (i.e. will reside there as long as the object is on display anywhere), covered by freedom of panorama. John Vandenberg (chat) 11:11, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
