Description
Deutsch: 14.03.2009 04107 Leipzig-Zentrum Süd, Simsonplatz 1: Ehemaliges Reichsgericht, 1885-1895 nach Plänen von P. Dybwad durch Ludwig Hofmann geschaffen. In der DDR-Zeit Georgi-Dimitroff-Museum. Nach der Wende Bundesverwaltungsgericht. Ferner war in DDR-Zeiten hier ab 1952 das Museum der Bildenden Künste untergebracht gewesen sowie weitere Nutzer. 1907 wurde hier Karl Liebknecht wegen seiner Schrift "Militarismus und Antimilitarismus" zu anderthalb Jahren Festungshaft verurteil. 1933 Reichtstagsbrandprozeß gegen Dimitroff (1892-1949), Popoff, Taneff und andere.
