My name is David Rabkin, and I like helping people. I’m a Product Manager and Product Marketer using tools and techniques from product, design, marketing, and software engineering to solve problems.

I am deeply curious. I love talking with people and learning new things. I enjoy using the design process. It’s so helpful to name the problem or problems you’re trying to solve, understand people’s needs and wants, and get frequent feedback.

I’ve worked in different industries with the biggest focus on B2B. I’ve worked on productivity tools, chat applications, live video communications, developer tools, content administrator tools, integrations, education solutions, software development agencies, and social media / lifestyle brands.

Before product and marketing, I was a Software Engineer focusing on JavaScript and the web. I build applications from scratch using popular frameworks like React and Node.

I want to help people understand things by spreading useful tools and insights, as well as helpful product, marketing, design, and start up resources.

I studied at UC Berkeley, focusing on psychology, philosophy, and music. I love playing drums, which I do in many groups in the Bay Area. Also, I love food – especially cheese and malty or sour beer.
