"God the Father" is not a title of God. God the Father is a Person of the Trinity. He is God, but "God the Father" is not a title of God in the same way that, for example, "Yahweh" or "Creator" or "Lord" are names/titles of God. You can say "God the Father is Yahweh" or "God the Father is the Creator" or "God the Father is the Lord" or "Jesus is Yahweh" or "Jesus is the Creator" or "Jesus is the Lord" or "The Holy Spirit is Yahweh" or "The Holy Spirit is the Creator" or "The Holy Spirit is the Lord," but you cannot say "Jesus is God the Father" or "The Holy Spirit is God the Father." ("God the Father is God the Father" is, of course, a tautology.) Thus, the first sentence is incorrect.
