At the cafeteria, Michael happens to sit with Toby because the other tables are filled with the lawyers, Jan, and Ryan. Toby reveals that his parents got a divorce when he was a kid and he had to testify against one of them. Michael, obviously filled with hatred, pushes Toby's lunch trey on the floor and then leaves.
