English: Forn Sed: Simple votive offerings at a Spring Blót or Spring Equinox Blót in Gothenburg, Sweden, at spring equinox 20th March 2009. The votive offerings consists of an apple and a slice of homemade pizza placed directly on the ground. Note that no built or specially marked altar and no cult images were used in this ceremony. This kind of more or less invisible altars are common in Forn Sed. The participants were members of the Swedish Asatru Assembly (now Forn Sed Sweden).
Svenska: Forn Sed: Enkla offergåvor vid ett vårblot eller vårdagjämningsblot i Göteborg vid vårdagjämningen 20 mars 2009. Offergåvorna är ett äpple och en bit hembakt pizza lagda direkt på marken. Notera att inget uppbyggt eller särskilt markerat altare och inga gudabilder användes vid detta blot. Denna typ av mer eller mindre osynliga altare är vanliga inom fornseden. Blotdeltagarna var medlemmar i Sveriges Asatrosamfund (numer Samfundet Forn Sed Sverige). |
