Removing WikiMiniAtlas from Common.js

Please remove lines 49–64.
It's now loaded as a template gadget per MediaWiki_talk:Gadget-WikiMiniAtlas.js#Interface-protected_edit_request_16_June_2024. As it's been 3 months, the CDN caches not containing the template gadget would have expired. So it's safe to remove from Common.js now. – SD0001 (talk) 11:52, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
