Opioidergic or opiergic means "related to opioid neurotransmitters". A synapse is opioidergic if it uses an opioid as its neurotransmitter. A substance is opioidergic if it is capable of producing, altering, or releasing opioids.

An opioidergic, or opioidergic agent, is any chemical which functions to enhance the effects mediated by opioids in the central nervous system.
