Patrick Henry High School is a high school between the San Carlos and Del Cerro neighborhoods in the city of San Diego, California. It is part of the San Diego City Schools (SDCS) District, which is the second largest in California.

Patrick Henry HS first opened its doors in 1969. The student population is extremely diverse, representing more than 15 ethnic groups and over 60 languages and dialects.

2005 Academic Performance Index (API) continues to rise and is now 748 with 800 being very high achieving.

PHHS teacher Erin McPeek was named a 2006 San Diego County Teacher of the Year.
