Juvenile Superb Fairy-wren – favourite photo I have uploaded to Wikipedia (now a featured picture).

My name is Evan, and I am from Newcastle, NSW, Australia. I am an administrator on the English Wikipedia.

My main interest is Australian frogs, but I contribute to anything to do with Australian fauna or herpetology. This includes writing and photography. If you have an interest in herpetology, please sign up to WikiProject Amphibians and Reptiles, we need all the help we can get!

Contributions

White's Tree Frog (Litoria caerulea), probably a female. This is my second featured picture.

These are the contributions I am most proud of, or really like. Most of them I started from scratch, the rest I have worked extensively on. I have worked on a lot more articles, but these are the ones I have spent a lot more time on. Featured material is in bold.

I am currently lurking around the internet, asking people to release their frog photos to Wikipedia acceptable licences. So far, Flickr has had the greatest success. I then create the article for the frog; the following are my successes:

My Photos

Light-blue Soldier Crab (Mictyris longicarpus), found among a few thousand others. Most of the crabs buried themselves very fast upon my approach. This is my third featured picture.

Featured pictures in bold.

Amphibian Barnstar The Unofficial Amphibian Barnstar for all the hard work you put into getting Cane Toad and List of Anuran families to featured status. Not just me, but I'm sure everyone else from WP:AAR think that you deserve this. Good Work!
