适用于LangBot的AzureTTS插件

安装

配置完成 LangBot 主程序后使用管理员账号向机器人发送命令即可安装：

注册/登录Azure控制台
搜索语音服务并创建，根据指示创建资源组及其相关配置
复制配置界面中的密钥和“终结点”中的服务区域，插件加载时会在所在目录生成Azure_config.ini文件，修改对应的api_key字段和region字段
