[FEAT] Explicit decision of allow or deny authorization

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Currently the decision to allow or deny a request to resource is not declarated as tracing. The final decision and the reason should be declared in traces.

**Additional context**
The decision process is compose of a multi layer cascade. Structured traces should exists from the arrivsl of the request in gateway up to the downstream route delivery.
