[FR] Add a link to the Now in Android source code inside the app

Most obvious place is the Settings dialog, however, we're in danger of this becoming a dumping ground for links. Maybe a separate icon in the title bar?

This is an issue from a while ago, but I would like to resolve this.

I think there are three possible places to put the link in the current version.

1. LinksPanel in setting screen

2. setting screen icon

3. Right next to setting screen icon (Not sure if this is possible)

@dturner What do you think?
