Can we finally clean up surefireVersion vs surefire.version.

I recently shot myself in a foot with release.version. I used this a s property in my personal project which is actually property in the Release Plugin.

There are:

• MPOM-289 - I would be happy to prepare properties for all plugins version
• MPOM-303 - rename maven.plugin.tools.version to mavenPluginToolsVersion
