[IB] Switch host if host leaves game #26

The host should switch to someone new if they manually leave the game. This makes it so that the game can still continue because only the host has access to continue to the next page. (Still have to figure out what to do if host just closes app)

In addition to this, we should also add who the host is under the 'More' tab. This makes it clear to everyone who they are waiting on when wanting to continue to team creation.
