Add Glide gifdecoder and disklrucache 5.0.0 to Maven Repository

Cannot add Glide v5.0.0 to Android dependencies due to another requirement library version not being met.

Not Working: 5.0.0
Currently Working: 5.0.0-rc01

Issues:
Glide GIF Decoder Library
Glide Disk LRU Cache Library

Please add version 5.0.0 of those issues libraries to the Maven Repository.

We're looking for gifdecoder and disklrucache, not gifencoder-integration. Gifdecoder is currently only available 5.0.0-rc01 version.
