Two guesses:

1. Remove Distant Horizons. IIRC the incompatible one was farsight, but better check anyway
2. Fix registry loading when custom registries present #4553 (I will open a pr merging to 1.21.x today)

so, without distant horizon mine still doesn't work. unfortunately i don't know what exactly that means in point two, but let's see

Baritone loads server side game data on the client to access loot tables (to determine which items to pick up) and the pr fixes a bug with that.
