Clio IV & V / DDT4ALL / Any experience with these settings?

I'm fine-tuning my Clio V Hybrid 2020 to my liking and I'm wondering about several ECU options, that I prefer to have some feedback on before I touch them. Maybe someone here has experience with these specific settings?

If I want to enable MultiSense on my Clio, should I go for 1 or 2, and what's the difference? Also, what's the difference between enabling MEX in the cluster and enabling MEX in the A-IVI (multimedia unit)?
