Rustmeter 0.2.0 - Core update 🚀✨🚀

With this release, data transmission has been switched from defmt messages to a proprietary protocol that now requires less bandwidth and limits overhead to one or a few microseconds. This enables Rustmeter to handle multiple embassy tasks that fire or burst every millisecond!

In addition, polars was adopted for analyzing this high-frequency tracing data in order to efficiently process larger amounts.
