Should not be able to export a "network_optimized_weights" sheet for an unweighted network

Do the following:

1. Open this file in GRNsight beta:

GRN (Yeastmine - SGD_ 2024-03-19; 3 genes, 6 edges).xlsx

2. Export > Export Data > To Excel
3. The "network_optimized_weights" sheet should be grayed out because there is no weight information to export.

Note this seems to only be a problem for this case. It works properly when exporting a demo file or exporting a file loaded from the database.

I want to write unit test for upload.js. However, the way the code is written making it harder for me to write unit tests. All the helper functions like createHTMLforSheets, handleWorkbookSheetCheckboxBehaviour, exportExcel and determineWorkbookType are hidden, and to write the tests for these function, we need to be able to access these.

Currently, since these functions are not accessible, the test has to:

1. Call upload()
2. Simulate a click on #exportAsExcel which triggers performExcelExport
3. Wait for the handler chain: displayExportExcelModal -> handleExportExcelModal -> handleExpressionSheetsFromSource

In addition, a lot of value are available in the global scope like grnState, uploadState. The code does not pass in variables as arguments. Therefore before running any test, beforeEach hook must spend time mocking and setting up all these dependencies on the global object. This makes the setup complex.

I'm not sure if we should modify the code structure (given that Cecilia is migrating the code) or if we need to write a complex test setup.
