Wat tour doesn't appear to work

on Elementary OS, zsh. Node v8.11.3 (npm v5.6.0).
Running wat tour simply prints out two question marks.
However I can run wat js array splice 👍

@dthree I think there's something wrong with the cli too. I'm getting something similar here:

$ wat tour
?
?

I need to wait before ? appears before writing a command.

Also using zsh with Oh-My-ZSH

$ zsh --version
zsh 5.3 (x86_64-apple-darwin18.0)
$ node --version
v10.7.0
$ npm --version
6.1.0
$ wat --version
0.1.40
OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.2 18C54 x86_64
