Corepkgs MVP

We need:

• Working EkaCI
• Finalize which initial set of EEPs we will be honoring
• Do an initial pass of existing files, migrate them to EEP expectations
• Have updateScript support mkManyVariants (or visaversa)
• Get nixpkgs-update working
