New output: unix

Output events to a unix socket.

Analog to the input/unix, but only with the "client" mode.

Useful if you already have some tool that receives data via a unix socket and knows how to deal with it.

This is still a good idea, but with the volume of other work we're responsible for, it may need to be created by the community.
