Hangul input method fights with XWayland apps if set to activate Hangul instead of Latin characters by default(?) #2788

Description

@Blumoop

What Happened?

When using XWayland apps on Secure Session, the GUI for the Hangul input method will appear and flicker in the middle of the app window/screen, no matter if US or Hangul is currently set, which doesn't allow you to select any elements or type in Xwayland apps. (e.g. Steam).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Hangul input method from system settings
  2. Install the GNOME control center and set Hangul to activate by default when switching from default layout (This is how I use ibus-hangul so it functions to it's fxcit counterpart)
  3. Use a XWayland app and try to click on buttons, elements, drop downs, etc, it won't be selected as the small GUI flickers on top along with the XWayland app icon switching positions repeatedly on the background apps section of the dock.

Expected Behavior

The GUI should not be appearing and flickering preventing using much of XWayland apps, works fine with Wayland apps.
