[REQUEST] Ability to share notes to different users

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's nice for communities to keep track of accounts, and by being able to share notes that would make the web easier to surf.

Describe the solution you'd like
ability to export and import notes to different users.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried to look through the extensions data to find where the notes are stored and couldn't find it. So doing this manually is also a solution if the creator can guide me.
