Bug: Photo does not appear in note if taken right after recording audio

Description:

When attempting to attach a photo via the "Camera" option after interacting with the "Record" (audio) feature, the captured photo fails to appear in the note's content. The camera process completes, but the image is silently ignored and not inserted into the note.

To reproduce:

1. in the note edit page, click the Attachment button
2. click the "Record" button to record the audio
3. click "Camera" to take a photo
4. see the error: return to the note edit page and observe that the photo does not appear in the note content.

Expected behavior

The photo taken via the Camera should be successfully inserted and displayed in the note content, regardless of whether the audio record feature was used just beforehand. Both attachments (audio and image) should be handled independently and correctly.
