The screenshot and instructions to format the Transfer Device are inconsistent

Expected behavior

When I read the instructions to Install SecureDrop the screenshots of the Discs utility and the text that refer to them are consistent.

Actual behavior

The dialog box called Set Password (LUKS) displays a "Create" button, but the text instructs to click on the "Format" button.
I am not sure which is displayed in the current version of Tails.

Steps to figure out the correct copy

1. Start the current version of Tails
2. Insert a USB disc (with no data)
3. Open the Discs utility
4. Format partition..., then select the Ext4 type and the LUKS option.
5. Take note of the appearance of the Set Password dialog
