activation on Windows 7 fail

tried several times to activate my account on Fuse-X v2.0.0-beta.9, but always seems browser can't send message to Fuse server, and get answer below.
I also tried to use another browser (not Edge) but same answer of Status "canceled" shows up.

It's possible to activate via cmd as well. Try running this command.
