Empty content for some Google Play Services library

Describe the bug
There is no content when visiting Google Play service libraries like 'play-services-tasks' or 'play-services-basement'.

To Reproduce
Steps:

1. Navigate to the Open source licenses screen
2. Scroll to and tap on 'play-services-tasks' or 'play-services-basement'

Expected behavior
We would expect a license body content when navigating to those libraries.
