Stack Overflow link update on client library ref landing page

On the current landing page for google-cloud-java there is a Stack Overflow icon:

[Expected Result]
The icon should now point to: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-cloud-platform+java

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-cloud-platform+java redirects to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/google-cloud-platform (i.e. the "java" part is lost, at least on my chrome?).
