Unskip `test_create_client_with_query_options`

Due to #417, the samples CI are failing for multiple PRs which is preventing #420 from being merged which addresses a resource leak in the CI.

Given that the issue is backend specific, I am marking the test to be skipped and creating this issue to ensure it is unskipped in future when the issue is resolved.
