An interactive mesh app that allows the user to maneuver between different brain images and choose points, change position, choose colour and analyze.

Clone the repository.

Be sure to run install all requirements in the init.R file.

Run app.R

From the command line / Terminal:

Run Rscript app.R

The app will load into your default browser window. If it does not, navigate to 127.0.0.1:8050.
