Would there be a way to incorporate in the list of each tab whether there is an attachment assigfned to that record?

Something similar to this (excuse my bad "paint" skills). Just something that reports back a paperclip or a "Y"/"N" to make it easy to tell without going to each record:

Next release, there will be an attachments column you can toggle:

If there is attachment for that record, it will display a paperclip along with the number of attachments.
