[FR] Blacklist certain regions from Auto-switch

Feature description

One of the profiles I use has a big selection of proxies in different regions, not all of them are stable, so I use Auto in the Proxies selector, so it would pick the best. However, recently my own region was added to the profile, and now it always picks my region due to the least delay. A lot of websites do not work in my region, so having it auto-selected is not useful in my case.

Having a region blacklist that would prevent certain regions from being auto-selected would be really helpful. It could also be enabled by default if you pick your region in the Config Options - Route Options - Region, pre-filled with said region.
