[BUG] "This Download Option Is Not Available"?

Describe the bug

all attempts to download games result in a small message that says "Download Option Is Not Available"

Steps to Reproduce

attempt to download any game

Expected behavior

game to begin downloading

Additional information and data

this started happening after updating my version and importing more sources, but i think some sources were duplicates. should i have totally wiped the sources first? have i created the issue by importing sources again maybe?

attempted to remove sources and re-import them to ensure the problem was not duplicate files. the problem persists.
