Running Lint with Silent flag

Describe the bug

When my project has a critical aegir related lint error the screen gets polluted with a lot of errors. When I fix the critical ones I have no way of getting the rest of the errors.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/Pfed-prog/ipfs-desktop/tree/main
2. Run npm run lint

Expected behavior

I would expect a "silent" flag to provide some difference to the linting process of aegir.
