I find the timeline view as the most useful view for my purposes, but I often find myself wanting to locate a specific function in the timeline when trying to optimise. Unfortunately though, the standard browser search (ctrl/cmd f) doesn't find any of the functions in the timeline.
I'd love it if there was a search bar in the timeline view, which would highlight all of the matching bars in the graph, similar to the search bar in the classic FlameGraph Perl script. It'd really help with comparing two timelines (before and after optimisations).
