AssertionError: TF>=1.0 is required! #1

When I tried to import tensorpack, it said I have to install tf>=1.0, but the dependencies of tensorflow is 0.12.1. How can I solve this problem?

I installed an earlier version of tensorpack (tensorpakc 0.1.5) but it still requires tensorflow >= 1.0.
