已关闭所有代理（进入Windows设置把自动检测设置、代理服务器什么的都关了）

附议，估计与原始文件格式有关，我还测试了几个原始文件是pdf的都是报这个错误。
原始文件是ppt，doc，docx的都可以正常下载
