Add side bar to test the idea of live data visualization for each station

For now I can just plot the information for the location and plot a pie chart for comfort hours. Just proof of concept.

Hey, what graphs would you want as part of a data visualization?
Psychometric chart, wind rose, etc?

@mdahlhausen all the above but we should do them one by one. I can put a list together of all the graphs but what you mentioned would be a great start. The idea is to create them as reusable charts so we can use them in epwmap as well as ladybug-web. For example I started with heatmap
