Can't create dashboard

Hi! For whatever reason I cannot add any dashboard at all. When I click on "Add" and add dashboard name + author, nothing happens. Is there any way to debug this?

@dorneanu I had similar problem. In my case,I am running it on a server, not local, so Ajax tends to call 0.0.0.0:9090/xxxx url . I used this command: dash-server -H {a host name} -P 9090, and for some reason it is able to add dashboard, but still have other problems after add a dashboard, I can not add table ....
