[Bug] Speech recognition via browser API do not alert user that it is not supported

🐛 Bug Description

I tried to use speech recognition tools provided by browser API. Firefox does not provide such API, but I didn't new it at the moment. So I pressed button to use speech to text, but voice was not stoping, and no warnings appeared.

I tried to debug issue and discovered that firefox does not support this feature

📷 Recurrence Steps

1. Open lobe chat in firefox
2. In Text-To-Speech settings select browser as provider
3. Start new chat
4. Click STT icon
5. Recording starts without warning, it will not stop until page reload

🚦 Expected Behavior

When clicking STT icon a warning appears and STT functionality is disabled
