The error "e.toISOString is not a function" is a known issue in LobeChat v1.37.2. It occurs due to an incompatibility between the pglite export solution and the regular import/export functionality. This problem is related to date handling in the exported configuration files, particularly when importing newly exported configurations like "Export all assistants and messages" or "Export global settings" ^[1][2].

The development team is aware of this issue and is working on a new data import/export implementation to address the compatibility between Postgres and Pglite databases. Currently, there is no immediate fix available ^[3][4][5].
