Are you able to please add support to download the images from this website?

The image format seems obscure and not in wide use. The source indicates:

// Copyright (c) 2011-2016 Mitsuhiro Tsuda (ipallet.org). All Rights Reserved.

If someone wants to implement and maintain it in dezoomify-rs, contributions are welcome !
